Many of us are embarked in a lifelong journey of learning and personal growth. We are living a full life exploring, questioning and expanding our horizons. We are focusing on developing the powers of our brain with new energy, joy, and the realization that we can still contribute to society in areas of our choosing.

    I am nowhere near a senior, but some friends and family members have reached that age. This article resonates with me because it promotes living an active lifestyle, pursuing unfinished business, and seeking new adventures. Some of my friend’s family members frequent the gym often, volunteer in the community, and get out of their comfort zones.

    Playing games, spending time with friends, and eating well all lead to a full life. Simply watching TV or living a sedentary life is not sustainable.  Sometimes health issues limit people’s ability to get out or engage with others. In this case, get on Zoom and join others for fun then seek to meet others in person.
